Spring Wrap up & Gratitude

We wrapped up our Spring series last month - what fun! We wanted to post pictures much earlier, but both Chef Wendell and I have been busy little bees, teaching and spreading the word of health & love :) So, here are just a few pictures of series V: And, we could not have done this series without our amazing assistants - we love you! And the amazing local artisans and businesses that support us and donate their beautiful items: Raw Gourmet Delights - AMAZING raw/vegan food to-go made by dear friends and the most lovely people you ever did meet :) Check them out at the Broad Ripple Farmers market this summer! U-Relish - created by the amazingly talented Cara Dafforn, these packaged slow cooker meals are made with clean ingredients that you can feel good about feeding to your family. Find Cara and her amazing items at the City Market downtown Indy and many more locations - check the link for more info on their Facebook page Natural Born Juicers - if you haven't heard of these guys, well, where have you been?! Check out this amazing juice bar for the most fresh, rejuvenating and delish juices and smoothies in town! And they happen to rock as people too! Larry the water guy - yep, that's what we said. This sweet gentleman sells alkalizing Kangen water at the City Market - helping thousands of people alkalize their body and regenerate their cells. Come to the City Market downtown and ask for Larry the water guy - he'll greet you with a smile :) Good Earth - what can we say - we love this place. Good Earth has been supporting the health and well-being of Indy since the early 70's. Their employees are kind, helpful and super knowledgeable and the store is filled from ceiling to floor with food, herbs and products that support a healthy YOU. Did we mention we love this place? Series V coming this April!
