Creativity Flows!

Today we took a trip to Good Earth - wooo hooo!  The bulk isle alone had us excited and having way too much fun - with all of the whole grains, raw nuts and seeds we were in foodie heaven!

We're so excited to have access to all of the fabulous organic produce, fresh spices, honeys, dried fruits, fermented foods, well, we could write a small novel about the items Good Earth carries, but you get the idea.

The point is, we'll be using all of these fabulous ingredients to prepare our meals for the Food Bliss workshops.

We have a location!

We are so excited to share our Food Bliss Workshop series with Indianapolis!  Kick start 2011 with our groundbreaking workshop series, offering healthy eating and vibrant living teachings along with a full meal with each class and as much knowledge and fun as you can fit into two hours! 

Chef Audrey and Chef Wendell are joining forces to bring this high energy, informational and sometimes controversial series of classes.  They have traveled the U.S. and our great Earth to bring to you the best health information available today. 

Great news!  We are being hosted by Mother Nature's Sun in Broad Ripple! 

Dates for our six series class are:

January 19th
January 26th
February 2nd
February 9th
February 16th
February 23rd

Each class is from 6:30-8:30 pm.
