Attitude of Gratitude

Food Bliss was born as a collaboration of two people with a common dream ~~ to create an experience around food and wellbeing that leaves people full of joy, hope and information to fuel the fire of positive change.

We completed our third series on January 31st and ended feeling so full of love and most of all, gratitude. We are grateful for every single person who helped make this series possible, and that includes all of the beautiful shining souls in the audience :)

During this series, we were blessed to receive feedback from our audience members who have made positive changes in their diets and lives since they started attending our classes. Wow, this was powerful. Here are just a few changes that were voiced (summarized):

- Started an organic garden
- Lost weight (many testimonies of this one)
- Skin and hair more healthy and glowing
- Switched out toxic skin products and now using natural
- Blood glucose levels lowered drastically
- Family motivated to start changing eating habits after seeing the changes in me
- More energy - actually caught myself skipping down the sidewalk :)
- Sleeping better
- New like minded friends
- Feeling happier than I have in a long time

These are just a few changes our Food Bliss audience members have made in their lives. We're so happy for each and every one!

We are also so grateful for the amazing local vendors who supplied us with prizes for our raffels and giveaways for our audience...and of course to Good Earth, our sponsor for being such amazing supporters for this project and to our home, Mother Nature's Sun, for giving us a beautiful space to hold Food Bliss.
