Desserts, Great Digestions and Gratitude

Ahhhh, we are feeling very satisfied and grateful.  Our first Food Bliss Workshop Series has ended with a bang.  Our last two classes were full of amazing moments, delicious food and the collaboration of people in search of a vibrant health life.  Let's review:

Heavenly Desserts - the wonders of enjoying dessert without the use of disease causing white sugar, gluten or the use of extreme heat.

We enjoyed Audrey's Mocchiato Cacao Ice Cream with Cookie Dough and Creamy Cacao Sauce, Audrey's Strawberry Almond Mylk Shake with Cashew Creme and Wendell's show stopping Pumpkin Crepe Pancakes with Raw Blueberry Compote and Tofu Creme Anglaise Sauce.
Whew!  Ya.  Sounds good, doesn't it?

And last but certainly not least, was our Great Digestions class, which closed out the series.  We fermented up a storm with Chef Audrey's Spicy Korean Kimchi, Herbed Almond Cheeze and Wendell's Quinoa Burgers accompanied by delicious raw Tomato Sauce.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to offer this series to our community and spread the word on the importance of eating fresh, vibrant foods.

We couldn't have done it without our many lovely assistants who volunteered their time and to our sponsors, Good Earth Natural Foods and Mother Nature's Sun.

We would also like to thank our numerous contributors as well who made it possible to offer free prizes for each class!  That's right folks, cool prizes in every class!

Thank you to: City Yoga, All People Yoga, Cleansing Waters, Hidden Pond Farms, Bee Free Bakery, Hurst Beans,  Indiana Living Green, Endangered Species Chocolate, Wildflower Ridge Honey Farm and Larry the water guy

If you missed this series, don't fret!  We are offering our second Food Bliss series in May.  Stay tuned for details.

We will also soon be offering the electronic version of Food Bliss Workshop Series 1, which will include the recipes and information from all six classes.  As soon as we have this electronic version ready, we will post details on this site.

Blissful Blessings to all!
Chef Audrey and Chef Wendell
