Cancer, The C Word Recap & The Economics of Wellbeing on deck

Once again, we packed the house at our "C" Word class on Tuesday. We went deep into the depths of the packaged food industry and why processed food is void of any value to the body and our health. We are amazed at the numerous packaged food companies that are slithering cancer-causing GMO, MSG, food colorings and lab created flavors into products they label as "healthy and natural".

Well, our audience on Tuesday night is no longer in the dark - we shined a bright light on these so called "foods" and the havoc they cause in our bodies.

Of course, we ended with the good news - we can heal our bodies with fresh, organic, nutrient rich foods!

Audrey's Mango Avo Wraps with Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce was served with her Amazing Cheezy Curry Kale Chips...yummmm....

Wendell rocked the house with his Veggies and Buenos No Cheese Sauce and delish Avocado Ruben with Raw Kraut...wow....

And we ended the night as always with tons of awesome prizes from our amazing local artisans:

Natural Born Juicers gift certificate for organic raw juice and smoothies
Raw Gourmet Delights flax almond crackers
Fields of Agape organic ground corn
Sophia Organic worm castings
Hoosier Momma Bloody Mary Mix
Peace Leaf Tea
Fermenti Artisan fermented foods
